Your Role
You are responsible for the delivery of operational excellence as an Operational Care Specialist by providing operational accuracy when managing a shipment while continuously optimizing production costs.
Your focus will be on developing the sea logistics export and import business by enhancing operational capability and delivery of increased profitability, balancing between cost-efficiency and high-quality processing.
Your Responsibilities
Ensure operational excellence through high-quality shipment management and export/import services.Collaborate with Customer Care locations (CCL) through proactive provision of information, knowledge, solutions, and alternatives to deliver customer satisfaction.Maintain and strengthen operational carrier relationships.Contribute to continuous improvements of processes and controls for lean and cost-efficient processes.Optimize the development of Sea Logistics operational KPIs.Ensure the highest levels of productivity within the organization in collaboration with Systems and Processes.
Perform timely and accurate cost/revenue updates, escalating all files that are below the minimum GP threshold as per guidelines to ensure cost awareness and efficiency.Manage Sealog and CIEL as TMS from PSF to GP Confirmation.Support and resolve claims and disputes.Work together with CCL to ensure autoclosing and all possible automations.Follow Pharma Chain procedures in accordance with our and customer requirements.Align with CCL to retain or win customers from the Pharma and Healthcare industry.Be aware of the customer Lane Risk Assessment (LRA).Participate in all PharmaChain trainings.Use qualified/approved suppliers for each KN Pharma Chain (GxP Compliance) operation.Participate in investigating pharma shipment deviations and author/contribute to CAPA reports.Your Skills And Experiences
Bachelor's degree in International Relations or similar fields.3+ years of experience in shipping coordination.Previous experience in sea logistics, including import and export processes.Advanced English.Good Reasons to Join
