This is a remote position that requires regular travel to client locations, where the Operations Engineer will assess, improve, and support onsite operations.

Key Responsibilities: - Site Operations Management: Oversee and coordinate operations at client sites, ensuring all processes run smoothly and in line with client requirements.
- Onsite Assessments: Conduct regular assessments at client locations to evaluate operational efficiency, identify potential issues, and implement improvements.
- Process Improvement: Analyze client processes and workflows, recommending and implementing optimizations to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Quality and Compliance: Ensure operations at client sites comply with company and regulatory standards, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Client Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for clients during site visits, fostering strong relationships, and addressing any operational concerns or requests.
- Data Collection and Reporting: Gather and analyze operational data from client sites to create detailed reports and actionable insights for both clients and internal teams.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team, including project managers and other engineers, to align client site operations with overall project goals and objectives.
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to resolve onsite operational issues, including troubleshooting equipment or process-related challenges.
Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors degree in Operations Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in operations engineering, with a strong preference for experience overseeing client-site operations.
- Technical Skills: - Proficiency in process optimization tools and software (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
