RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare routine letters, memoranda, reports and similar documents following detailed instruction. This is likely to involve using the full range of functions within standard office software.Maintain files and records.Support others by carrying out basic data management tasks.Perform basic data entry tasks, including data verification.Organize own work schedule each day in line with changing priorities.Ensure a positive experience for internal clients by having courteous interactions with them.REQUIREMENTS Secondary / Intermediate + (5 GCSE)Basic experience of simple office / operational systemsSupports business processes with guidance but not constant supervision by understanding and effectively using standard office equipment and standard software packages.Uses clear and effective verbal communications skills with guidance to express ideas, request actions and formulate plans or policies.Works under guidance to analyze data trends for use in reports to help guide decision making.Works under guidance to acquire, organize, protect and process data to fulfill business objectives.Uses an understanding of numerical concepts to perform mathematical operations such as report analysis with guidance.Works under supervision at an elementary level to plan, organize, prioritize and oversee activities to efficiently meet business objectives.Works under supervision to develop, monitor, interpret and understand policies and procedures, while making sure they match organizational strategies and objectives.Company is Evonik Metilatos S.A
