Description - Job Summary
This role is responsible for planning, supervising, and analyzing digital campaigns to drive our business objectives in different stages of the customer journey, supporting the country Online Sales Team.
Will oversee campaign strategies, ensuring teams execute and optimize effectively to meet desired outcomes. Responsibilities include market research, audience segmentation, content creation and implementation, digital marketing performance analysis, providing tactical recommendations, and delivering results analysis, including findings and detected trends, in a report to share with other sales teams/various business teams. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and utilize your marketing strategy expertise to drive success.

Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and budgets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral that aligns with the brand's tone and positioning.Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify target audience segments, preferences, and behaviors.Track campaign performance, analyze data and metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.Leverage digital marketing channels to maximize campaign key indicators and increase sales.Provide results analysis, including findings and detected trends, in a report to share with other teams.Ensure proper execution and optimization of campaigns to meet desired outcomes.Utilize state-of-the-art marketing tools and technologies to drive campaign success.Mentor and train junior staff members to help them grow within the organization.Education & Experience Recommended Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Ecommerce or related.Master's degree in Ecommerce, Omnichannel, Digital or related (Optional).At least 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Ecommerce in a similar role.Experience in Digital Marketing: SEO, SEM, PLA, Display, Retail Media platforms, Social Media & CRM.Experience in Sales: Consumer, Retailers or similar.Relevant certifications in digital marketing and campaign management.Advanced knowledge and management of tools and techniques, including social media platforms, email marketing software, post schedulers, and web analytic tools: Analytics & Google Ads, Retail media, Looker Studio, Meta & Tik Tok business suite.Advanced management of Microsoft Office and intermediate Power BI package.Fluent in Spanish and English at a conversational level.Required Certifications Google: Analytics, AdsRetail Media: Mercado Ads, Amazon AdsKnowledge & Skills Analytical thinking and problem solving.Leadership and teamwork skills.Proactive.Excellent communication skills.Responsible.Resilient and works well under pressure.Strategic thinking.Results-oriented.Skills for relating to influencing others and teamwork skills.Workflow Management & Business process.Cross-Org Skills Effective CommunicationResults OrientationLearning AgilityDigital FluencyCustomer CentricityImpact & Scope Impacts multiple teams and may act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitating information validation and team decision-making process in the Retail Campaign.Complexity Responds to moderately complex issues within established guidelines.Disclaimer This job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
