Role We are looking for an Online Sales Associate with the right energy, competitive spirit, personal drive and track record of success in Sales. This position involves working with clients to provide them the right Rebag Experience to meet their luxury and circularity needs. A hybrid role of assisting customers leads for the Sales team and closing online business. You will engage with online customers, as well as follow up and close on various sources of online inbound leads and qualify leads for Sales. Responsibilities Identify, develop and nurture online leadsTake inbound emails and live chats on the website to assist customers and convert them into salesAbility to understand luxury clients needs and luxury taste and recommend relevant product to create enhanced salesFollow up on sales leads generated by marketing programsDemo Rebag's technology and convert clientsContinuously maintain and update CRM platformsDeliver Happiness by maintaining specific CSat ScoresEvangelize Rebag product offeringsAchieve monthly qualified leads and sales quotasParticipate in a thorough (and fun!) training program to develop and enhance selling skills, learn the Rebag sales process, and develop expertise in Luxury Resale to best serve your customersCommunicate the benefits of Rebag incentives to prospective customers via phone, email, live chats, and live videoMaintain consistent follow up with clients in order to grow and maintain client bookMaintain accurate and timely records of activity through Intercom and Endear (CRM Platforms)Develop expertise in the resale industry and its relationship to technologyCreate an authentic educational client experience as you guide clients on their resale journeyProspect for new business by reaching out to new customers, growing existing customers, and developing relationships; build a customer base.Process transactions and sales orders according to company policy.Qualifications Ability to operate fully remotely and digitallyAbility to work from home in a professional and rigorous wayPerfect English in both verbal and written communicationsRetail sales experience is preferred, ideally in the luxury or high end industryHigh energy and personal engagement skillsProfessional appearance and punctualExperience with a POS system and proficiency with MS Office software, web navigationSchedule flexibility to meet the demands of our clients and promotions, which requires working on weekends and holidays, and one hour before and after operating hoursLong term commitment and willingness to grow with the company Long term commitment and willingness to grow within the company
