Job Description: We seek a dynamic and experienced email and phone Sales personal to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and possess at least five years of experience. This role requires a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales.
Requirements Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers. Present, promote, and sell products/services using persuasive communication techniques. Understand and identify customer needs to tailor sales pitches effectively. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in the CRM system. Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships to foster repeat business. Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products/services. Participate in training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Provide feedback to management on market conditions, customer needs, and product improvements. Qualifications: Fluent in English (both verbal and written). Minimum of 5 years of experience in telemarketing or a related sales role. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
