Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Onboarding Specialist to lead engaging group onboarding sessions and enhance the onboarding experience for new students.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a self-motivated attitude, and a knack for improving processes.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct engaging and informative group onboarding sessions and orientations via Zoom for new students.
Collaborate with the customer service team to address any concerns or issues raised during onboarding sessions.
Continuously refine and improve onboarding materials and presentations to enhance the student experience.
Track student engagement and participation during onboarding sessions, providing feedback to management on ways to improve.
Assist in the development of onboarding-related content, including videos, handouts, and FAQs.
Follow up with new students post-session to ensure a smooth transition and answer any follow-up questions.
Use free time to improve onboarding processes, moderate Facebook groups, and contribute ideas to the team.
Qualifications: Excellent English communication skills.
Strong familiarity with Zoom, Canva, and Slack.
A tech-savvy approach with a great eye for design and detail.
Ability to work independently and bring innovative ideas to the team.
Preferred Skills: Prior experience in customer service, onboarding, or training roles.
Self-motivated attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
