About the Position
We are looking for outgoing, intelligent, and quick learners to join us as Client Engagement Specialists. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new clients, guiding them through our products and ensuring they have a positive onboarding experience. You will be responsible for conducting onboarding sessions and demo calls, helping clients get the most out of our offerings.
Key Responsibilities Conduct onboarding and demo calls with new clients. Clearly communicate product features and benefits. Answer client questions and provide support. Gather feedback to improve our processes and offerings. Qualifications
