Azul's global expansion, particularly our new office inArmenia, has created a need for a highly organized and energeticOffice Operations Managerin our Yerevan, Armenia office.
Reporting to our SVP, Engineering, you will lead efforts inorganizing the office as an excellent place to work, enjoyable for employees and attractive for incoming visitors andcandidates. In a role of Office Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth partnership with colleagues and stakeholders and satisfying office needs.

This is a part-time role expected to work one day per week.
This role is basedin our Yerevan, Armenia office.
What You'll Do (aka Responsibilities)Monitoring, projecting and forecasting needs of the office and employeesCo-ordination of paperwork and registries between site lead, employees, IT, accounting and legal departmentsTaking care of Office Rent, Medical Insurance, Office Cleaning contracts and interactions with other counterparties.Identifying weaknesses and opportunities in the office routines and ambience, making proposals of improvements and implementing themCreating and maintaining positive and friendly atmosphere for employees the office and remote workersOrganizing corporate eventsOccasional assistance with visa, hotel and ticket assistance for employeesWhat You'll Bring (aka Experience, Skills Education)Bachelor's or Master's degree4+ years working in similar positions such as Secretary, Office Manager, Administrative Manager in at least 20+ people office.Prior experience working with local authorities and stakeholdersFamiliarity with using office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.) and software (MS Excel, MS Word, etc.)Excellent communication skills; English proficiency is requiredWhat we Offer ·Comprehensive compensation and healthcare packages
