We are in search of a highly talented Office Manager / Executive Assistant to join our amazing growing team. This professional will support a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the C-level executives' ability to effectively lead the organization, as well as being responsible for the efficient functioning of the Miami office through a range of administrative, logistics, financial, and managerial tasks.

The ideal candidate for the job will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. This person will have previous experience working in a fast-paced office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to management.

Core Responsibilities Office Management Support: Assist in implementing and maintaining office policies and procedures to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive work environment. Support the office management team with daily tasks and provide assistance as needed. Help maintain the cleanliness and functionality of all office facilities, including workspaces, meeting rooms, and common areas. Manage office supplies inventory and assist in procurement and vendor relationships. Support compliance with health and safety regulations and emergency preparedness protocols. Executive Assistance Support: Assist the executive assistance support team in providing high-quality support to executives. Help coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed. Assist in handling complex or sensitive issues that require executive attention. Maintenance and Facilities Management Support: Assist in maintenance and repair activities for office facilities and equipment. Coordinate with facilities management vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues. Conduct regular inspections to assess and address maintenance concerns. Requirements English Level C1+ is a must. Proven experience in a similar role. Proficiency in managing executive calendar. Expertise in travel arrangement operations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong time-management and multitasking skills. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience working in a rapidly growing startup company or a passion to join a successful one!
