The Role
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations of virtual assistants who handle P statements, product listings, and other administrative tasks.
- Ensure products are listed accurately and sold effectively across multiple ecommerce platforms.
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients and partners, pitching products and driving new business opportunities.
- Manage customer return negotiations,
applying discounts judiciously to maximize resale value.
- Delegate tasks clearly and monitor their execution to ensure efficiency and accuracy in all processes.
- Maintain and possibly innovate new systems for task management, moving away from Asana if necessary.
- Utilize SellerCloud software to manage inventory and oversee postings, ensuring seamless operation (training provided if necessary).

Ideal Profile
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar leadership role within the ecommerce industry.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and Walmart, with a focus on maximizing sales and operational efficiency.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and lead a remote team effectively.
- Independent self-starter with the capability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
- Excels in team dynamics and has a patient managerial style.
