We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to support the daily management of our office and coordinate events:
Location: Puerto Madero, Capital Federal, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Work model: On-site.
Contract Type: Indefinite-term.
Responsibilities: Manage logistics for events and meetings, including room bookings, catering, and audiovisual equipment.Coordinate office facilities maintenance and cleaning.Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed.Act as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and vendors.Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and packages.Assist in setting up workspaces for new employees and internal moves.Collaborate in implementing office health and safety protocols.Maintain up-to-date records and databases related to facilities and events.Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.Assist in troubleshooting office equipment issues (printers, copiers, etc.).Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance services and repairs.Assist in organizing corporate events and team-building activities.Requirements: Previous experience in a similar office assistant or event coordinator role.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong verbal and written communication abilities.Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to adapt to changes and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.Location: On-site – Buenos Aires, ARG
