Job Description We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of Novotel Devonport, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving business performance. Key Responsibilities Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of passionate Heartists to drive individual growth and foster a collaborative culture of excellence.Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue, enhance operational efficiency, and elevate the overall guest experience.Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all departments meet and exceed operational targets.Lead sales and marketing efforts to maximise occupancy and revenue, while continuously identifying new growth opportunities.Champion employee engagement by creating a supportive and inclusive environment where all Heartists thrive.Qualifications A qualification in hotel management, hospitality, business administration, or a related field would be highly regarded.
