:) What you will do Front-end design, ensuring user-friendly, responsive, and accessible web pages; Enabling scalable and efficient back-end services using Node.js; Setting up and maintaining Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines; Operational core services experience; Log analysis and root cause identification to resolve issues quickly; Setting up alerts in case of system failures or issues, ensuring quick resolution; Profiling and optimizing the platform's performance, both on the server side and client side; Issue-tracking systems for managing and resolving tickets related to platform issues (Jira/ServiceNow); Analyze incidents and provide actionable insights for preventing recurrence using Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Must haves Experience with React.js for building responsive user interfaces.
Doing React upgrade to follow the process of updating core services; Professional experience with Node.js ; Solid understanding of client-side logic, APIs, and asynchronous operations with Javascript and Typescript ; Familiarity with AWS , and Google Cloud , for cloud-based infrastructure management; Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for environment consistency and scalability; Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI; Familiarity with Jira/ServiceNow and Root Cause Analysis (RCA); Upper-intermediate English level.
Nice to haves Knowledge of Java, Golang and GraphQL; Platform Development experience; Experience with Backstage.
