Join us as a German-Speaking Customer Support Agent and contribute to preventing online scams, fraud, and cyber grooming.
In this role, you will support users by responding to emails (no phone calls) and reviewing marketplace content for compliance with company guidelines and legal regulations.
By doing so, you'll help protect millions of users globally.
What Were Looking For Language Proficiency : Strong written German skills, along with basic to conversational English.
Skills : Excellent computer proficiency, decision-making, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
Experience : No previous experience required.
Enthusiasm and dedication to making a positive digital impact are key!
Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via email.
Moderate and review online content, ensuring adherence to legal standards and guidelines.
Work collaboratively in rotational morning and late shifts, with hybrid work-from-home flexibility in Malta.
