JOB PURPOSE
Unicoin is a dynamic and rapidly growing platform in the Non-Fungible Token (NFT) space. Our mission is to connect creators, collectors, and enthusiasts within the NFT community. As we expand, we're seeking a passionate and proactive NFT COMMUNITY MANAGER to foster engagement, build relationships, and drive community growth. The NFT COMMUNITY MANAGER plays a pivotal role in creating a thriving environment where NFT enthusiasts can connect, learn, and grow. You'll be the bridge between Unicoin and our community, ensuring that their voices are heard, questions are answered, and experiences are positive. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively engage with the Unicoin community across various channels (social media, forums, Discord, etc.). Foster meaningful conversations, address inquiries, and provide timely responses. Organize and participate in community events, AMAs, and giveaways. Develop and curate NFT-related content (blogs, newsletters, videos) to educate and entertain the community. Collaborate with creators and influencers to showcase Unicoin's unique offerings. Maintain a respectful and inclusive community environment. Monitor discussions, enforce community guidelines, and address any issues promptly. Gather insights from the community and relay them to the Unicoin team. Advocate for community needs, suggesting improvements and features. Identify opportunities to expand the community base. Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to execute community-driven campaigns. QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of experience in Senior Manager roles in Digital Marketing. 3+ years of experience as Community Manager, preferably in the crypto world. Passion for NFTs and a deep understanding of the NFT landscape. Proven experience in community management, preferably within the crypto/NFT space. Empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in building relationships. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving market conditions. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. Flexible and adaptable – can manage change and work comfortably with ambiguity. Team player – works well in a collaborative environment. Ability to work remotely, requiring minimal supervision, and consistently delivering high quality results. Being fluent in English.
