Responsibilities The Registered Nurse manages quality patient care through the nursing process, coordinates the plan of care with the health care team, and assumes a leadership role for unit personnel. Employees are responsible for completion of unit competency assessments, annual safety review, CPR, and renewal of license by maintaining continuing education units as required by hospital policy. The Registered Nurse may also be assigned other duties.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Currently licensed by the State of California as a Registered Nurse.Current BLS certification.Current ACLS.Graduate of an accredited RN program (new grads eligible).Preferred Qualifications: Preferred is one year of acute care experience.Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire. This ongoing competency is required through resources internal to the facility; outside RQI competency resources are not acceptable for CommonSpirit Health compliance requirements.
Pay Range $46.79 - $69.82 /hour
