We are looking for a Network Project Specialist to play a key role in planning and executing dealer network projects in alignment with our Dealer Development Plan. You will manage project milestones and approvals while collaborating with headquarters and dealer partners, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders. Additionally, you will coach dealers to uphold brand quality in our outlets, enhancing the customer experience and leading HQ-initiated projects. If you are interested apply now!
Your responsibilities are:
Network Project Management:Site Evaluation: Evaluate newly proposed site and ensure it is in line with MB strategy and guidelineFacilitate communication and agree between HQ and Dealer to align local demand of the new site.Lead approval process for site drawing which is mutually agreed by HQ, BU and Dealer and prepare related documents such as drawing certificate etc.Project kick off and monitor construction by dealer.Steer dealers to execute agreed project milestones timely and accurately, and communicate relevant stakeholders (HQ/BU/MBK Management/Dealer its progress constantly.Steer external vendors ensuring MB standards and quality, i.e. architect, media, quality management.Conduct POCC (Pre-open compliance check) to evaluate whether the site is ready to open. If insufficient, remedy actions to be agreed and documented, and follow-up timely. If sufficient and ready to open, send official letter to dealer for opening.Consult and guide dealers to ensure the brand quality of facility in MB Outlets to serve best customer experience, i.e. media, visibility of CI/CD, look & feel.Expanding service capacity (e.g., workbays, manpower) at dealer networks to meet customer demand effectively.Net network format development aligning to HQ's network guideline.Retail CI/CD Guideline ManagementKeep updated with CI/CD guideline provided by HQ, and align with MBK guideline.Support and guide dealers to apply CI/CD in correct manner (eg. network signage, information document materials, etc.)In case of abuse or misuse of CI/CD, take required actions with consultation from legal department.Qualifications EducationBachelor degree in related fields
ExperienceMinimum 5 years' experience of Network Development
