We are looking for an experienced Network professional to join the Infra Operations Command Center team in the Business Technology (BT) organization. The Network Ops Sr. Analyst will be responsible for delivering excellent client experience, supporting and troubleshooting Bunge Network Infrastructure (Data, Voice, Video and Cloud Networks). This role will drive the responsibility to support the South America portion of a global network with multiple ISPs and various SDN solutions. The core areas of responsibility are LAN, WAN, Cloud, Collaboration, Wireless, and Telephony. Their role reports to the Network Manager of Argentina.
Essential Functions Proven incident and problem-solving (troubleshooting) skills with an emphasis on timely resolution.Ability to quickly adapt to advancing technologies and procedural changes.A commitment to delivering a superior customer experience through direct interaction with customers during support and change management.On-call rotationResponsible for the regional network 24x7x365Interact with third-party resources to monitor, anticipate, and react to alerts and incidents in an efficient way.Collaborate with Architecture and Project teams to deliver and support best-in-class solutions.Responsible for maintaining one of the most critical services to our business continuity with direct impact over Bunge revenue and profitability.Will manage third parties on a daily basis. Number can float from 3 – 30 depending on the demand.Requirements 4+ years of hands-on IT experience with network, voice and collaboration solutions and architecture.4+ years of experience as a Networking and Collaboration Network Engineer (voice, video)4+ years of experience as an SD-WAN administrator/engineer/architect.4+ years of experience interfacing with customers and providing technical solutions.Ability to travel 20-25% or as business needs dictate.Voice, Video Design and EngineeringRiverbed-based SD-WAN solution experience a plusVisio and Documentation proficiencyStrong working knowledge of Collaboration applicationsPractical and working knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, IPv6, WAN routing (such as OSPF, BGP, EIGRP)Subject Matter Expert (SME) with the ability to define trade-offs, ask probing questions, and incorporate technology solutions into a broader enterprise environmentFamiliar with Agile (Scrum) and ITIL methodologiesExperience supporting large, complex, business-critical and revenue-impacting local area networksExperience solutioning and implementing infrastructures requiring 100% availability, near zero latency, low jitter and response times.Hands-on experience and expertise with technologies such as TCP/IP, IP addressing, Routing Protocols, QOS/COS, Cisco routers/switches, Wireless controllers and access points, Check Point Firewalls, Remote Access/VPN, CyberSecurity, SD Networking, Virtualization, Automation and Orchestration, Intent-based Networking, Proactive and Predictive Modeling, Programming and Scripting, VoIP, SIP, Voice Gateways, CODECs, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Teams, Geolocation, Load Balancing, IoT, Edge Computing, AI, Cloud Networking, ACI, Tacacs/Radius.Cisco certifications highly preferred.Bunge (NYSE: BG) is a world leader in sourcing, processing and supplying oilseed and grain products and ingredients.
