Job Description - Network Development Senior Specialist (MER0003FY5)
Adaptation of National Retail Network Strategy (NRNS) and of Brand/ BUs specific action plans Support in preparation of NRNS.Support in defining with the retail network partners and relevant internal stakeholders the dealer development plans, based on the requirements.Ensure implementation of MAR20X processes.Support in adaptation of the dealer standards catalogue for Egyptian market in cooperation with respective business units and in consultation with Overseas Region.Assist in reviewing semi-annually, follow up regularly and assist in the implementation of the dealer standards catalogue.Arrange for yearly dealer standards audits, calculate achievements (variable margin effect), and communicate results and action plans if required.Business Development and Steering Compile and check annual target agreements drafts based on inputs of BUs.Support in communicating target agreements drafts to the retail network business partners and ensure the formal closing of the process (signatures).Customer Satisfaction Follow up CSI survey implementation and results in cooperation with appointed agency (supplier).Assist BUs in defining action plans and measures to increase future results.Raise awareness towards the importance of CSI through trainings.Qualifications Graduate of Engineering or Business Studies or related subjects of equivalent knowledge.Technical knowledge: Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications – MS PROJECT awareness is a plus.Strong verbal and communication skills.Strong business communication skills.Strong organizational skills.Excellent attention to details and analytical skills.Ability to maintain balance among multiple tasks.Strong interpersonal skills.Ability to build relations with stakeholders, staff, board managers, external partners.Excellent time management and problem solving skills.Forward looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Experience 2-4 years of experience in related fields.OrganizationMercedes-Benz Logistics and Distribution Egypt LLC
