Job Description - Navigation - Sr. SW developer (MER00030A8)
Description
An experienced C++ developer with knowledge of automotive systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in automotive software product development, building automotive software from scratch, end to end product responsibility and having very strong technical knowledge of vehicle E/E architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
· Software development using C, C++
· Internal external stakeholder management
· Provide design solutions for system/software level problems
· Status reporting to technical leads / project management
· Support in Sprint planning
· Debugging and bug fixing
· Recruitment and On-boarding of new joiners
· Risk assessment and mitigation planning
Qualifications
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electronics, or a related field
· 4-10 years of experience in automotive infotainment software product development
· Strong programming knowledge C/C++
· Ability to design automotive software from scratch.
· Familiar with Agile development methodology
· Hands on experience of internal/external stakeholder/supplier management
· Good knowledge of vehicle E/E architecture
· Good understanding of vehicle bus communication protocols like CAN, Ethernet, SOME/IP etc.
· Good understanding of vehicle diagnostics
· Understanding of AUTOSAR Adaptive is a plus
· Hands on experience of vehicle back-end communication using HTTP, MQTT etc.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
