Requirements:Experience: +4 years of experience in the field.
Able to analyze monitoring data from Kibana/Grafana.Able to work on-call during working hours.Able to use tools (Postman/SoapUI) to check service availability.Production Support/Ticket Management experience.Able to assess Java JVM health.Able to clearly communicate status.Can take care of triage calls.Technical Skills: Linux – UnixDevOps: OpenShift/Kubernetes/DockerTomcatKafka/MQSQLMonitoring: Kibana/Grafana (able to analyze the data)REST, SOAP, JSON, XMLOracleGraphQLSplunkAdditional Knowledge: ITIL knowledge.
