Position Overview: As a Media Buyer, you will strategize and implement media buying campaigns across various platforms, ensuring optimal reach and effectiveness. You will be working with direct response campaigns primarily with Meta ads.

To be successful in this position, you: Must be fluent in both written and oral English, and Spanish. 3+ years of media buying experience on Meta Advertising platform (knowledge of Google ads is a plus). Ability to project manage creative (creation of ads) projects. Copywriting experience is required; script writing, ad copy, and email marketing are accepted. Can generate analysis reports and build reporting dashboards. Determine and understand target audiences, customer personas, and demographic analysis. Maintain a campaign budget within set limits and manage media expenditures. Key Responsibilities: Determine and understand target audiences. Choose the most effective media platforms to reach a target audience. Create and plan media strategies and negotiate rates with media sales representatives. Project manage media buying campaigns by creating timelines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress through to completion. Analyze ad performance data to identify successful ads, evaluate the effectiveness of hooks and creative elements, and determine when ads should be optimized or replaced to maximize engagement and conversions. Maintain a campaign budget within set limits and manage media expenditures. Evaluate the success of a campaign and make necessary changes when necessary. Oversee the setup and maintenance of conversion tracking to accurately measure campaign success. Keep an eye on market changes and trends. Sustain communication with customers and media sales representatives. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $992,596.00 - $1,489,117.00 per month
