Position Overview: We're looking for a Media Buyer who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment and can hit the ground running. This role is perfect for someone who is adaptable, eager to take on new challenges, and has a strong background in paid social media advertising. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on Meta ads (Facebook and Instagram). In addition to media buying, you will assist with onboarding new clients, adapting to their needs, and ensuring smooth transitions into our ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns, with a primary focus on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). Client Onboarding Support: Collaborate with our sales and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients, understanding their goals, and creating tailored media strategies. Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze campaign performance, create detailed reports, and use data insights to optimize ad spend and improve ROI. Adaptability & Flexibility: Quickly adapt to changes in client goals, budget shifts, and new industry trends to ensure campaign success. Creative Collaboration: Work with the creative team to develop compelling ad content that resonates with our target audiences. Testing & Optimization: Continuously test new ad creatives, audience segments, and strategies to optimize performance. Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage budgets to maximize results while maintaining cost-efficiency. Performance Reporting: Provide clear, concise, and actionable performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders on a regular basis. What We're Looking For: Experience: 2+ years of experience in media buying, specifically on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). Experience in a startup or agency environment is highly preferred. Client-Focused: Proven ability to handle client communication and adapt to their evolving needs, especially during the onboarding process. Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM tools, reporting dashboards, and analytics platforms. Results-Oriented: A track record of managing budgets and delivering strong ROI. Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and pivot strategies quickly based on changing priorities. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
