Position Purpose: Collaborate with the coordination and execution of marketing activities and carry out them on time and according to the objectives of the Marketing Plan. If necessary, establish communication with the sales force to monitor the effective implementation of plans. Control suppliers of products and services for marketing activities and monitor the work of the advertising agency. Provide excellent CSL Behring customer service to achieve proper positioning of the company. Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities: 1. Monitor operational activities of the Marketing Plan through:
Weekly meetings with the Marketing Manager, Marketing Product Manager and Medical Manager. Update budget progress and cost control/coordinate payment to suppliers with Finance 2. Collaborate with the control and management of suppliers for all goods and services in time and cost, respecting the Code of Business Practices. Support the Marketing Product Manager in event logistics, flights and accommodation.
3. Support the Marketing area with all the paperwork to properly document all the activities, ensuring compliance with all CSL Behring ARGENTINA and CSL global SOPs, policies and requirements and also ensuring that all contact and activity in relation to promotion of the company's products remains in compliance with the company Code of Practice and compliance rules, as appropriate to the position.
4. Support the Marketing area:
- in updating company's local website updating (), through Global IT
- in developing and executing pathologies awareness campaign associated with CSL Behring the products
- in promotional material development and inventory
Position Qualifications and Experience Requirements: Education
University student (marketing, business administration, public accountant, communication, public relations, hotel management or other careers related to customer service)
Experience
No experience required. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
