Marketing State Manager - Paraná

KTO is seeking a dynamic and experienced State Manager for Paraná to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in marketing and business administration, with proven experience in developing marketing and branding projects. As the State Manager, you will be responsible for implementing KTO's marketing strategies at the state level, ensuring the brand's market share expansion and maintaining the integrity of KTO's brand identity within Paraná.
Key ResponsibilitiesImplement KTO's marketing strategies in Paraná, meeting the established goals.Prospect and secure the best opportunities to expand KTO's market share through effective marketing approaches specific to the Paraná region.Protect KTO's values, visual identity, and tone of voice, ensuring their correct application in the local market.Establish and manage connections with local suppliers and partners, ensuring alignment with KTO's global marketing policies and guidelines.Monitor and report the results of local marketing actions clearly and effectively to the global marketing teamQualificationsSolid educational background in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.Proven experience of at least 3 years in developing marketing and branding projects.Familiarity with commercial processes (prospecting, negotiation, contract closing).Deep knowledge of the local market in Paraná.Full proficiency in English.Ability to travel and availability for business trips.At KTO, diversity isn't just a buzzword – it's our strength.
