About the Opportunity:The Marketing Associate is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of on-the-ground marketing campaigns to drive signups, help grow community, increase brand awareness, and elevate the user verification experience. This role reports to the General Manager, South Cone and works closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute the longer-term Marketing and Brand Development strategy for South Cone. The ideal candidate is dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced in executing marketing initiatives. They excel in collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors. They monitor performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Strong organizational skills and adaptability are essential.
In this role you'll be responsible for: Assist in the development and execution of growth activations and other marketing campaigns that inspire app downloads and sign-ups.Work with cross-functional teams, including market ops, global marketing, content, and design, to develop, execute, and continuously improve marketing efforts, ensuring Worldcoin's creative standard and strategic integrity.Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.Provide insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.Support the production of materials, including videos, graphics, and location materials.Manage the distribution of marketing materials and content across various platforms.Oversee content for social media and other marketing channels.Maintain regular communication with external partners, agencies, and vendors.About You:+3 years of relevant experience in marketing, creative strategy, strategic consulting, business development or related fields - ideally in a fast-growing tech space.You're a go-getter; someone creative and eager to innovate, to test, fail, learn and evolve.You're comfortable adapting to change, coming up with solutions to unconventional problems and taking action.You have strong communication & interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners, as well as building strong relationships.You are fully fluent in Spanish and English.You're based in Argentina, but are also able to travel occasionally to execute marketing initiatives in your subregion.
