Overview: Our client, a subscription-based platform revolutionizing short-term rental operations, is in search of a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess 3-4 years of marketing experience, with proficiency in content marketing, copywriting, SEO, and Google Ads. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, along with a knack for adapting to a fast-paced startup environment. Responsibilities: Drive lead generation efforts, focusing on mid-sized property managers, through targeted marketing campaigns. Create engaging content and copy for various marketing channels to attract and engage our target audience. Implement SEO strategies to optimize website traffic and improve organic search rankings. Manage Google Ads campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive conversions. Collaborate closely with the team to align marketing efforts with business objectives and user needs. Requirements: 3-4 years of marketing experience in a Tech startup or fast-paced environment. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable. Strong skills in content marketing, copywriting, SEO, landing pages and Google Ads. Ability to adapt to changes and thrive in a dynamic, ever-evolving startup culture. Excellent collaboration skills with a user-focused approach to marketing initiatives. Short-term rental experience is a plus Budget: Compensation ranging from $1,500 to $2,000 per month, commensurate with experience level.
