Strategic Approach PR & CSR: Plan & execute a yearly PR plan in line with the marketing activities & product launch calendarEnsure proper implementation of CSR activities with proper post activities report after executionResponsible for reporting the PR & CSR value of the brandEvaluate & recommend several CSR activitiesOperational Tasks Organizing events including press conferences, exhibitions and press toursSupporting the planning and execution of PR-events (media test-drives, press conferences, press events)Maintaining a professional and close relationship with the Egyptian mediaPost activities report and analysisOn-Ground Marketing & Events activations Implement different on-ground marketing activities such as: events, test drives, Product display and sponsorshipsSupervise on-ground operation during events & sponsorships, as well as activation display during product launchesPost activity reports for all events, test drives, sponsorships, and marketing campaigns done by Mercedes-Benz Logistics and Distribution EgyptUse the reports to analyse the KPIs for all the activities carried by Mercedes-Benz Logistics and Distribution Egypt and assess future participation in the same activitiesSupport dealers during their marketing events & activationsCSR and Donations process owner Adherence of the Mercedes-Benz Logistics and Distribution Egypt guidelines processPrepare events evaluations scoresheet & summary for BoM Approvals whenever neededTrack all Sponsoring/Donations & external inquiriesRegular reports for the BoM /Local Sponsorship committeeQualifications Educational Background Marketing or Business Administration with focus on communication and PR.Additional vocational training in creative writing, media training and crisis communications management preferred.Events Management is a plus3-5 years of experience in MarketingTechnical knowledge PR experience &/or events management is a pre-requisiteAutomotive marketing experience is a plusExperience on the PR agency front / advertising agency experience is a plusAbility to work with cross-functional teamsStrong written and verbal communication skillsPassion, Respect, Integrity, Discipline, Strong Analytical Skills, Excellent organizational and project management skills, Dedication, CommitmentExcellent fluent English and Arabic (written and verbal) is a must, German beneficial.Proficient use of Microsoft officeOrganizationMercedes-Benz Logistics and Distribution Egypt LLC
