We are looking for a Marketing & Operations TA Lead. The mission of an MKT & OPS Talent Acquisition Lead is to identify, attract, and recruit top MKT & OPS talent for an organization. This involves working closely with the MKT & OPS leadership team to understand their hiring needs, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, and building relationships with potential candidates.
Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive MKT & OPS talent acquisition strategy: Responsible for developing a recruitment strategy that aligns with the organization's overall goals and objectives, including recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies, defining recruitment processes, and leveraging recruitment tools. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for senior complex MKT & OPS positions: Oversee the entire recruitment process for senior positions, ensuring efficiency according to Trafilea's defined process. Manage TA Team MKT & OPS Cluster: Plan and align with the MKT & OPS cluster members on talent acquisition strategies, set goals, and address any blockers. Build relationships with MKT & OPS leaders and hiring managers: Establish strong relationships to ensure recruitment efforts align with hiring needs through regular communication and collaboration. Develop and execute effective recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies: Attract top talent by promoting the company's employee value proposition and leveraging marketing channels. Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, tools, and technologies: Monitor recruitment metrics and implement improvements as necessary. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment partners: Ensure a strong pipeline of talent by managing relationships with staffing agencies and job boards. Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and analytics: Track performance and identify areas for improvement through key performance indicators. Collaborate with HR business partners and MKT & OPS leaders: Ensure effective onboarding processes for new hires and provide necessary resources for success. Minimum Requirements 5+ years of experience as an MKT specialized recruiter, preferably with experience in MKT agencies. 3+ years of managing and mentoring a team of junior recruiters. Bachelor's degree in business administration or human resources. Project management experience is desirable. Experience working with KPIs & OKRs in an agile methodology framework. Excellent analytical skills for developing and maintaining recruitment metrics. A detail-oriented self-starter with exceptional communication skills. A highly organized person with a hands-on attitude. A positive team player with proven leadership abilities.
