Marketing Specialist This role works within IQVIA's global Marketing Operations function, as part of our Marketing Activations team. The Marketing Specialist supports global and regional business units while managing and supporting Multi Channel Marketing Campaign Execution for IQVIAs' Marketing stakeholders, with a focus on delivering efficiencies and effectiveness for go to market teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES Function as subject matter expert for Marketing Automation outreach programs, social media; lead and implement best practices for all outreach programs.Segment and leverage the marketing database for efficient and effective campaigns targeting including data cleansing and accurate segmentation.Build campaign landing pages and forms for driving fan database growth while overseeing database hygiene.Execute B2B social media posts for global and regional business units across all enterprise social accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter etc).Create and/or post legally approved industry-related written and rich media content for social networks; curate corporate content that can easily exist on multiple digital platforms; and share relevant third-party content.Collaboratively work within a highly matrixed global organization, develop and manage comprehensive, cohesive and measurable marketing automation plans for the assigned business unit/geography, linking to other business units/geographies as required.Support & encourage collaboration across businesses to ensure seamless implementation of customer-specific marketing messages and strategies across system/platform.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES 1+ years of experience in Digital Campaign Management, Social media, Web content management, corporate communication and/or marketing.Minimum of 1 years' experience with email and/or marketing automation systems, Eloqua Recent experience is required.Understanding of the principles and practices related to social media posting and channels, including internal and external user policies.Experience posting B2B brand marketing campaigns to LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and other technologies familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools, such as Spredfast.Strong Microsoft Office skills.Strong communication and project management skills.Ability to work within cross-functional teams.Ability to analyze large quantity of data, and synthesize it to key insights.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.Experience managing technology vendors.EDUCATION Bachelor's degree required, with at least 1 years of experience or relevant marketing experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Extensive use of telephone and face-to-face communication requiring accurate perception of speech.Extensive use of keyboard requiring repetitive motion of fingers.Regular sitting for extended periods of time.Occasional travel, domestic and international.IQVIA is a leading global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions and clinical research services to the life sciences industry.
