:) What you will do Campaign Management and Optimization: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting warm leads and existing contacts; Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure high engagement, conversion rates, and ROI; Marketing Automation and CRM Integration: Manage and optimize marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) to support nurturing campaigns; Ensure CRM systems are integrated and updated to track audience engagement effectively; Audience Segmentation and Insights: Use data analytics to create detailed audience segments for targeted marketing strategies; Conduct A/B tests to refine messaging, timing, and delivery for maximum impact; Content Coordination: Collaborate with content and design teams to develop personalized assets for warm audiences (emails, landing pages, webinars, etc.
); Align messaging with the overall brand voice and marketing strategy; Performance Reporting: Create dashboards and reports to track campaign performance and identify improvement areas; Present findings to stakeholders and recommend actionable strategies; Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices; Propose innovative ideas to improve the warm audience journey and increase conversions.
Must haves 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or related roles; Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM tools ; Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making; Excellent project management and organizational abilities; Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; A customer-first mindset with a keen understanding of the buyer's journey; Upper-intermediate English level.
Nice to haves Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics or Looker Studio; Experience in SaaS, B2B, or tech industries; Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies; Certifications in marketing tools or platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
