We are looking for a Marketing Manager responsible for our Incontinence Category (TENA).
What You Will Do Work together with the Marketing Director of the region and Local teams to define the Long-Term Incontinence Brand strategy & Vision.Jointly manage and align with the Marketing Director, the Tena Brand Portfolio (Brand Architecture, Innovation requirements, Pricing strategy) to win in the local marketplace.Develop, implement and track all the Marketing Plan activities to boost penetration, sales growth, Market share, Brand Building and Profitability targets (both short and long term).Manage Brand A&P budget to drive the best ROI and deliver Business and Brand goals.Define the communication strategy.Manage the development and execution of advertising campaigns through digital and offline media touchpoints according to target.Assure a robust innovation roadmap to deliver both short and long-term objectives.Identify strong consumer and shopper insights that lead to product and commercial innovations (product upgrades, line extensions, new segments) that create a competitive advantage for the brand and assure consumers' preference.Design, qualify and launch all brand innovations starting from the insight/ideation, going through product development, packaging design, communication strategy, consumer validation as well as technical, commercial and financial feasibility.Lead business cases defining volume forecast, launch plan and financials.Ensure analysis and interpretation of market/brand/product/channel related insights to identify and implement business growth opportunities.Be the primary contact with Sales, Business Logistics, Product Supply, Finance and Global Teams to define, develop and activate the Marketing and Innovation Plans.Ensure S&OP process.Lead the development of the local marketing team.Who You Are The candidate should have proven evidence of the following experience & skills: More than 3 years managing brands in FMCG industry across both off and online channels (consumer tissue industry experience is a plus).3 years leading and developing Marketing Teams.Advanced knowledge & use of market measurement tools (Scantrack, Knowblock, HomeScan, Pricetrack, ISCAM).Broad use of both digital and off-line media touchpoints and platforms.Deep understanding of market dynamics across different channels such as self-services, drugstores, wholesale, traditional, cash & carry, convenience, hard discounters, e-retailers, pure players, on demand and DTC.Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience.Price strategy management.Previous experience and knowledge on Project Management.Advanced Business English proficiency.Strong Analytical Skills.Results driven, autonomous and proactive.Leadership and positive influence skills across all organizational levels.Strong Communication Skills across different audience types.Strong people and team building skills.Ability to integrate and develop high performance teams with capacity to adapt his/her leadership style to different team members, encouraging diverse thinking to promote and nurture innovation.Capacity to adapt and deal with the uncertainty of change.What We Can Offer You Our purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-being, provides meaning to everything we do.
