DescriptionThe Role Oversee global marketing planning for Global AffinityProvide informed advice and guidance to key stakeholders on the most appropriate marketing programmes, including digital marketing, event marketing, thought-leadership, and investment in 3rd party initiativesEvaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities by analyzing outcomes using relevant marketing data and analytics; make recommendationsAwareness of the competitive environment of the affinity insurance industry and understanding how marketing strategy and plans are positioned to help differentiate our product and service offeringsDevelop good working relationships and foster collaboration with colleagues from across the marketing and communications function, including CoE's (Communications, PR, Digital, Events, and Research/Analytics) to coordinate effectively and support the delivery of marketing programmes and activitiesEffective management of direct reports, ensuring high performance of the team and developing skillsEffective management of vendors, suppliers, and other external partiesStanding in for the HoM when neededStrategic marketing developmentHands-on approachLead and project manage campaigns end-to-endImplement strategies set by key stakeholdersAsset creation that's informed and on topicInternal presentations (creating and implementing notes from key stakeholders implementing best practices)Attention to detail (content and formatting)Deadline managementQualificationsThe Requirements 6+ years of strong marketing experience within insurance / professional servicesProven experience in digital marketing and marketing communications across a broad spectrum of offline and online mediaExperience working across multiple lines of business, geographies, and/or globallyAbility to forge good working relationships and credibility with senior business leadersSelf-motivated and organized with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneouslyGood project management, organizational, and communication skills (verbal and written)A completer-finisher mind-set; the ability to drive and deliver projects in a timely manner regardless of any obstacles or challengesAn ability to be flexible and adaptable across a range of tasksA good eye for detail and the ability to think logically through projects as well as issues that present themselvesAbility to engage, communicate, and lead calls/meetings effectively with senior business leadersChange and adaptability and an ability to work through ambiguity
