Description Plan and organise all marketing and customer retention activities to ensure growth of all products including Hire Purchase and Operating Lease.
Marketing ManagementDevelop and execute retail as well as B2B marketing campaigns.Design and develop marketing material (advertisements, brochures, flyers, videos based on HQ templates and CI guidelines) for all MBFS/DFM brands using e.g. Adobe Creative Suite software (incl. Photoshop and InDesign).Regular alignment with MBSin and C&C marketing department to ensure coordination of marketing calendar/activities.Identify and capitalize on opportunities to include MBFS/DFM in MBSin and C&C's marketing efforts.Manage and liaise with agencies, suppliers and relevant media owners.Develop and execute plan to track effectiveness of marketing dollar spend and channel marketing efforts accordingly.Manage and keep track of Marketing budget.Digital Marketing - Marketing Content/Platform ManagementEnsure continuity and up-to-date content management of all existing Financial Services web assets (MBFS, DFM and Fuso Financial).Develop, create and manage contents and marketing strategy of all MBFS Digital Life applications (incl. myMBFS, Financial Calculator).Management of BCE alignment with Brand Partner and AAP (incl. OneWeb, DLC, COS, etc).Manage and implement an "always-on" SEM strategy for online marketing.Manage the operations of all social media platforms (incl. Facebook, LinkedIn, etc) and social media advertising for the local business unit.Grow the existing network and engagement rate for all relevant social media platforms.Customer Relationship ManagementPlan and execute Customer Loyalty/Retention campaigns.Track efficiency of such campaigns.Align CRM strategy with MB Singapore.Customer Experience ManagementWork with RO to expand touchpoints of CEM.Establish process to regularly review feedback from Customers/Dealers.Develop action plans together with other relevant functions based on customer/dealer feedback.Provide transparency to management.Other Projects and Ad-hoc tasksSupport the Sales & Marketing team with other projects.Ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.QualificationsEducation & Work ExperienceDegree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field.3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, brand building.Proven track record in execution and management of marketing initiatives.Strong PowerPoint skills and a feeling for design, with the ability to present complex information in a simple/compelling way.Excellent oral and written English language skills to support design and development of marketing materials as well as liaising with agencies, suppliers and media owners.Good Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) skills with the ability to modify existing templates and create brochures/flyers, etc.Abreast of digital marketing channels and CRM trends.Soft Skills / Individual CompetenceStrategic thinker with creative flair.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively/out-of-the-box.Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.Very savvy with digital tools and strong understanding of digital media marketing & analytics.Excellent communication skills; strong ability to communicate orally, in writing and visually; ability to reduce complex subjects to succinct information.Strong ability to handle multiple initiatives at once and work under tight deadlines with attention to detail.Ability to manage suppliers, agencies and ability to collaborate well with internal stakeholders.OrganizationMercedes-Benz Financial Services Singapore Ltd.
