Technologically Proficient: Seamlessly navigates through Hubspot, Google Workspace, and understands the value of design tools like Figma and Canva.
Analytical: Comfortable with data review and reporting, translating numbers into actionable insights.
Reliable: Can organize a routine to complete recurring tasks, and can be trusted to consistently follow standard procedures (and create them when not given).
Communicative : Skilled at professional correspondence with partners and teammates.
Organized: Can manage projects efficiently using Asana and maintain up-to-date onboarding materials.
Social Media Savvy: Understands the digital landscape and can gather data to identify potential partners.
Expected Outcomes Onboard 10-20 new Partners Per Month: Support our client's Pros through the partner onboarding process by providing materials, configuring our back-end systems, and answering common questions via email and text
Fully Document Our Onboarding Process: Convert verbal instructions into written procedures. Keep onboarding and training materials current with evolving business needs.
Lead Generation: Use criteria provided to identify and list potential partnership leads. Required Attributes and Competencies

Required Experience
3-5 years in an administrative support or coordinator role: within the marketing department of a technology company.
Proficiency with: Hubspot, Google Workspace, Asana, Stripe, and Slack.
Data Analysis: Experience in extracting, reviewing, and populating marketing data into regular dashboards and ad-hoc analysis.
Lead Generation: experience performing research on lists with hundreds of leads to uncover potential new business.
Team Collaboration: Provide examples of successful collaboration within team projects or group assignments, emphasizing your ability to work harmoniously with others toward common goals.
