Position Summary The Marketing Asisstant supports the Brand Manager on the development and in-market execution of the annual marketing plan with the overall aim of achieving Distributor Markets objectives for the defined categories.
Responsibilities Universal Accountabilities
Direct responsibility for execution of annual marketing cycle plans. Supervising execution of consumer promotions while recommending local activity to increase engagement Local planning and close collaboration with commercial teams to support visibility, distribution width and depth solutions, and support Brand Manager in defining the portfolio ranging needs by channel and market. Supports Brand Manager in A&P tracking, administrative tasks, vendor management, portfolio actions, and data analytics. Specific Accountabilities
Supports Brand Activation Manager in development and execution of annual marketing plan cascaded from International Support Brand Manager in execution of activities during key weeks to deliver volume and net sales. Manage relationships with BTL and digital agencies to ensure local planning and execution of activities Collates and provides portfolio analysis and analytics. Collates and provides competitive intelligence to global teams Supports the team in budget management, reporting, PO creation and Invoice reconciliation Works cross functionally with commercial, supply chain, category management and finance to ensure flawless and on time execution of marketing initiatives. MDG and Proof HQ submission and tracking for timely completion Consumer response management across the EHI portfolio with local and global teams What we are looking for Required Skills and Experience
Degree required with preference on Business, Marketing Minimum 2 years business experience High level of computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint Highly proficient English language skills, Arabic will be a plus Advanced English level Preferred Skills and Experience
CPG background preferred Demonstrated commercial acumen Knowledge of Trade Marketing will be preferred. SAP knowledge Come join us!
