Marketing Assistant (F/M/X)

Anton Paar will establish a new wholly-owned subsidiary in Vicente López, Buenos Aires, Argentina starting on January 2025. Therefore, we are looking for someone to join our team as Marketing Assistant.
Responsibilities:Providing timely first response to customer enquiries through our website.Support marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of key messagesAssist in the promotion and production of webinars and seminars.Support in the coordination and follow-up of events, including exhibitions.Ensure compliance with the AP HQ Marketing process for lead registration.Contribute to the generation of engaging content for the company's social networks, particularly LinkedIn.Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a consistent online presence.Coordinating marketing events from conception to executionEffectively managing marketing inventory e.g. brochures, promotional and display items from procurement to stock managementRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.1 to 2 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, and social media is preferred.Proficiency in English (Writing, Reading, and Conversation).Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.Event organization expertise is preferred.Proficient in the use of Office tools, marketing systems and social media management tools.Proactive and self-motivated individual.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and cross-functionally.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.We offer you:Anton Paar Argentina offers you a unique and rewarding position within an innovative and growing company.
