Position Overview: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing and Partnerships Coordinator to join our marketing team.
The ideal candidate will support the development and execution of marketing materials, manage partnerships, and assist in planning events to promote the brand.
This role requires a strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and experience in marketing or partnership management.
Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Create engaging graphics, decks, and other marketing materials using Canva, or similar design software to support sales, partnerships, and brand initiatives.
Brand Management: Assist in maintaining the company's visual identity by creating marketing materials, managing show stands, developing presentations, and overseeing website and social media content.
Partnership Coordination: Develop and maintain partnership information and promote partner programs internally.
Administrative Support: Handle scheduling, file organization, and data reporting tasks to support the marketing team.
Event Planning: Assist in planning events, including managing advertising materials, coordinating show stands, reporting on attendance, and handling post-event follow-up.
Collaboration: Work closely with another marketing coordinator to align on major projects and ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines.
Design Coordination: Create graphics on-the-fly and collaborate with the graphic designer as needed to meet project goals.
Qualifications: Strong proficiency in Canva, or other design software and keen creative eye.
Experience using Hubspot CRM or Marketing Tools Experience in creating marketing materials, managing partnerships, and supporting events.
Excellent English language skills (written and verbal).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Haves: Experience in events or hospitality/restaurant industries.
A degree in design or a related field.
Previous experience in partnership management.
