What we are looking for Desired education Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, journalism, communications, information systems or statistics.
General knowledge Sound knowledge of the Internet. Solid understanding of basic copywriting. Strong web writing skills. Experience Must have customer service experience in any industry. Part-time/summer/internship work experience is a must. Basic HTML experience (an advantage). Advertising agency experience (a plus). Any digital marketing experience (a plus). Leadership/management experience related to coordinating work flow and deadlines of others (an asset). Experience with Google Analytics (a plus). Qualities Fluent in English (written and verbal). What you will do Responsibilities Conduct research to establish a solid understanding of the client's business objectives and propose solutions and strategies that meet their needs and drive their success on the web. Generate and provide resources to educate clients on the value of digital marketing strategies and the actions involved in achieving their goals. Identify digital marketing opportunities for clients and lead testing processes. Manage the ideation, planning and execution efforts of special CRO projects (i.e., design specifications, freelance contributions, etc.). Conduct A/B testing, website usability and website conversion rates. Interpret web analytics, demographics, market research and buyer behaviours in relation to CRO efforts. Generate and execute strategies in relation to findings. Produce monthly reports on digital marketing campaigns. Fix technical problems in the backend of websites. Percentage breakdown 5% analysing customer competition. 5% working on the backend of websites / troubleshooting technical problems. 10% external resource management for CRO projects (i.e., freelancers). 10% creating reports for client campaigns. 15% analysing data, identifying deliverables. 25% for customer strategy and analysis. 30% conducting and analysing A/B tests and other assessments. Training Our marketing and design training programme is offered to new Zapiplay "family members".
