What role you will play in our teamCoordinate, implement, and support safe and efficient bulk liquid marine logistics to maximize ExxonMobil's commercial advantage worldwideEnsure compliance with ExxonMobil corporate policies, industry standards, and government regulationsSupport Voyage / Cargo Optimizers to ensure timely and accurate voyage / cargo information into order fulfillment / accounting program (TORA, GOM, Veson) to ensure freight and other voyage related charges are accurately administeredOversee period out charters through engagement with stakeholders to ensure compliance with all Marine Quality Assurance processes (VBC, security screening, etc.) and Charter Party requirementsProvide timely and accurate schedules and voyage related information to stakeholdersProvide vacation relief for regional Voyage / Cargo OptimizersServe as primary contact to regional Bulk Liquid Marine teams to field questions about GOM/Veson entries, track issues with flow through to corporate systems and work with PMI on resolving issuesAdvance continuous improvement of tools and work processes to automate and streamline work, automating activities where appropriateLead work efforts around Month End Close and resolution of third-party statement issues identified by PMI and/or Bulk Liquid Marine teamsAbout YouKnowledge of Maritime IndustryKnowledge of supply operations, marine chartering, scheduling, and dispatch processKnowledge of transaction accounting and commercial contractsFamiliarity with hydrocarbon logisticsStrong organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to influence others without authoritySense of ownership and commitment to general interest and high standardsAbility to work under pressure and work outside of work schedule to resolve operational issuesPreferred QualificationsAdvanced English levelHave strong analytical skillsAdaptsShows initiativeAn ExxonMobil career is one designed to last.
