Shift hours: Monday-Friday, 10pm-6am, weekend overtime available

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Manufacturing Technician to join our dynamic team in Bella Vista. This role is integral to supporting our injection moulding operations, ensuring the seamless maintenance, setup, and troubleshooting of production equipment, while upholding our high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities: Perform breakdown and preventive maintenance activities on production equipment, particularly injection moulding machines.Accurately document and record all maintenance activities for production equipment.Comply with standard maintenance and operating procedures, including GMP, LEAN 6S, and Health & Safety policies.Promote a safe working environment by following OH&S guidelines and implementing continuous improvement actions for workplace safety.Contribute to Continuous Improvement activities by adapting maintenance methods to increase efficiency.Provide technical support to other departments to ensure the timely delivery, installation, and maintenance of new projects/equipment.Perform additional tasks as required.Qualifications and Experience: Required: Minimum 2 years' experience performing maintenance activities on production equipment.Degree or trade certification in electrical, mechanical, or polymer engineering.Preferred: Prior experience working in fast-paced injection moulding facilities.Strong hands-on skills with mechanical, electrical, electronic, and pneumatic devices, with the ability to interpret electromechanical drawings.Experience in performing preventive maintenance on equipment in a high-volume manufacturing environment, preferably within the medical device industry.Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to change and build strong working relationships.Proficiency in computer systems such as MS Office and Oracle.Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment, while also working independently and proactively.Why Join Us?
