What you will do:
Perform regular QA testing to identify and fix issues before they affect usersMonitor automated testing systems for alerts or failures that could indicate emerging issues with the applicationAssess and prioritize incoming user issues based on severity, urgency, and impact on the user experienceDetermine whether issues can be resolved at Level 1 or need escalation to higher-level support or development teamsEmploy troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and resolve user issuesOffer clear and simple solutions to users, ensuring their problems are resolved in a timely mannerIdentify and document bugs reported by usersCollect and categorize user feedback regarding the web application's functionality, usability, and performanceContribute to the creation and updating of a knowledge base, FAQs, and support documentation to assist users in resolving common issues independentlyMonitor application performanceWork closely with QA, development, and higher-level support teams to escalate complex issues
What you need to succeed in this role:
Excellent English language (at least C1 for both spoken and written)Familiarity with QA MethodologiesMastery of Automated Testing ToolsProficiency in Manual TestingSkill in Mobile, API, Performance and Security TestingExpertise in Cross-Browser and Cross-Platform TestingSkill in Mobile, API, Performance, Security TestingUnderstanding of Web TechnologiesExperience with Version Control SystemsPersonal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
