Job Purpose: To develop and implement effective pricing strategies for used cars, drive sales growth, and optimize customer experience through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth market analysis to understand pricing trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.Develop and implement a robust pricing strategy for various used car models, considering factors such as vehicle condition, mileage, age, and market demand.Optimize pricing to maximize profitability while remaining competitive.Regularly review and adjust pricing strategies to adapt to market dynamics and achieve business objectives.Sales Strategy Formulation: Propose innovative sales strategies to boost used car sales, including targeted marketing campaigns, promotional offers, and incentive programs.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective advertising and promotional materials.Identify and capitalize on emerging sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of telesales agents.Set clear performance goals and monitor individual and team performance metrics.Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to develop team members' skills.Implement effective sales techniques and processes to enhance sales productivity.Customer Journey Optimization: Analyze the end-to-end customer journey to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.Implement strategies to streamline the customer buying process, from initial inquiry to final delivery.Foster strong customer relationships through excellent communication, follow-up, and after-sales support.Identify specific customer segments that would benefit from a direct sales approach.Develop targeted sales pitches and proposals to engage these customers.Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to secure sales.Required Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in automotive sales, particularly in the used car segment.Strong understanding of pricing strategies, market dynamics, and customer behavior.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.Desired Qualities: Passion for the automotive industry.Results-oriented mindset.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong attention to detail.Organization
