Role Responsibilities Responsible for managing, coordinating, reporting and delivering of small & Medium IT initiatives of the Pago Facil Portfolio.Improving IT Project Management practices by leveraging existing IT capabilities, identifying improvements and defining new strategic practices, with an aim to gain alignment on all company PMO standards.Partnering with key stakeholders, both off-shore and on-shore in delivering projects successfully, managing the technical project resources, reporting to executive management, tracking project financials, hosting weekly project meetings, monitoring ongoing risks and issue resolution.Role Requirements PMP and CSM certifications5+ years experience in Project Management discipline with focus on leading teams to deliver complex, technology-focused projects and programs under the direction of a governance body.Experience in financial services/payments/Banking verticalsExperience managing remote and geographically distributed teams. Advanced knowledge of an Enterprise PPM Tool (e.g. Project Server, Clarity, Clarizen, Workfront).Expert in project and portfolio management reporting and metricsPrior experience leading onshore and offshore delivery, including working overlapping business hours to partner with onshore teams.Advanced knowledge of software development life cycles (waterfall, agile, etc.)Strong Customer Centric mindset with an ability to outperform Service Level Agreements on Customer satisfaction and experience.Prior experience in managing vendor relationships.Must be a problem solver with demonstrated experience in solving difficult technology challenges, with a can-do attitude; possess strong leadership skills in guiding and directing teams throughout the SDLC processSelf-starter with ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage workload, and consistently deliver resultsStrong Customer Centric mindset with an ability to outperform Service Level Agreements on Customer satisfaction and experience.English proficiency is a must.We make financial services accessible to humans everywhere.
