Digital Employee Experience and Infrastructure as a Service at Vestas, focused on providing IT support and services to users in the Latin America region. The role of Regional IT Delivery Manager involves developing a team of IT supporters and engineers, providing performance and customer satisfaction, and ensuring collaboration with local stakeholders and other IT teams.
The goal is to deliver integrated and efficient service, supporting continuous improvements in IT infrastructure and coordinating projects in the region. The manager will act as a bridge between local vendors and the global supply chain function, ensuring that Vestas' global standards and services are upheld.
