Delta FM are currently looking for a Maintenance Manager available to commence a full time permanent position with an ongoing 8&6 Days Only roster FIFO From Perth.
THE POSITIONMaintain overall delivery of services at a tactical and transactional levelManage planned, corrective and unplanned deliverables to ensure completed within compliance, contract and KPI timeframes.Work within a safe and efficient manner to manage day-to-day interfaces between operational management, site management, sub-contractors and the client to ensure high quality maintenance planningEnsure site compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures to ensure a sustainable safety cultureTHE PERSONProven experience in either Facilities Maintenance, Trade management and/or scheduling or demonstrated equivalent industry experiencePossess relevant trade qualificationsDemonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and customer serviceAsset Management experienceFacilities Management experienceExcellent communicationStrong computer skillsManagement experience leading and inspiring operational teams to deliver resultsExperience in staff recruitment, retention, rostering, and subsequent management of both permanent and casual workforcesTHE BENEFITSPaid parental leaveAccess to a wide variety of training & developmentClear career paths and support to achieve your goalsWe are committed to providing a recruitment process that is fair, equitable and accessible for all.
