Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruitment and Development Manager to lead talent acquisition and employee development initiatives, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
Recruitment Activities/ Probation Manage the end-to-end resourcing of external positions, including attraction, conducting Job Brief Meeting, and align on sourcing strategy and assessment tools, lead of the offer making process, manage recruitment agency, build a high quality of candidate pipeline, in line with resourcing targets. Manage and promote referral programs, attend networking events and career fair to ensure strong pipeline of possible candidates Champion as corporate recruiter using recruitment tools and channels including job fairs operations. Administer probation tracking of new staffs and ensure the probation evaluation form was collect within timely manner Prepare and communicate Letter of Employment after pass probation Training and Development Activities Support training need analysis, competency development, prepare general training program arrangement and prepare workshop logistics including training material preparation, registration documents, process payment and coordinate with all relevant stakeholders On-Boarding Program and Off-Boarding Program Ensure positive employee experience to ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience Ensure Onboarding process for new employees Facilitate and coordinate with relevant departments and ensure that all new employees gain an understanding of the organization overview, company values, compliance as well as tools and resources available for new joiners General HR Activities Support Being a HR representative, review and update HR procedure within IMS and manage internal/ external audits of HR department Prepare HR reports and documents such as Attract and Hire. Perform and assume other duties and responsibilities as assigned by GM HR such as special projects, CSR, New Employee Survey, etc. Employee Engagement/ Employer Branding Support organizing team events, celebrations and people-centric campaigns Participate in wider group and site-wide activities such and D&I Promote the Employer Branding in order to attract the right candidates In charge with expanding the company's online presence on different employment sites, developing creative ways to draw prospective employees to the company's website and identifying new recruitment opportunities through social media Qualifications Qualification Minimum Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field Technical knowledge Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) Knowledge in Labor Law MS Office Experience for training submission to the Department of Skill Development Work Experience Minimum 5 years of working experience in Human Resources, specializing in recruitment and L&D function Organization Primary Location Work Locations 11/1, South Sathorn Road, 20th Floor Yannawa, Sathon
