Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and diligent Credit Analyst to join our team. This role involves analyzing and assessing the credit risk of various borrower segments, including Retail Credit, Corporate Fleet, and Dealer Floorplan Financing. You will play a key role in making prudent credit recommendations and ensuring a high-quality credit portfolio under our established credit rules and guidelines. Additionally, this position requires collaboration with other business units on company-wide initiatives to optimize credit operations, increase digitalization, and minimize credit risk costs.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze and assess credit risk across Retail Credit, Corporate Fleet, and Dealer Floorplan Financing segments, providing well-founded recommendations to management.Ensure alignment with company credit policies to maintain a strong, quality portfolio.Lead and support cross-functional projects to enhance credit operation processes, boost digitalization efforts, and manage credit risk.Act as a subject matter expert on credit risk, working closely with other teams to achieve aligned business objectives.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field from an accredited university; a master's degree or MBA is an advantage.Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Corporate Credit Analyst in banking, finance, or leasing.Proven expertise in both Corporate and Retail financing; experience in the automotive or commercial vehicle sector is preferred.Strong analytical, investigative, and critical thinking skills.Proficient in digital tools and adaptable to hybrid work environments.Highly organized with strong time management abilities.Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on maintaining service excellence and effective collaboration.Able to make decisions confidently, target-oriented, and capable of handling pressure and extended work hours.Quick learner with the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.Disciplined in adhering to company policies, rules, and procedures.Strong command of English (written and spoken) with excellent communication and presentation skills.Technologically savvy with advanced skills in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Teams.Solid proficiency in risk assessment, financial analysis, and economic reporting.Work Location:11, South Sathon Road, 21st Floor Yannawa, Sathon
