Maintenance Manager

Delta Facilities Management delivers asset management, maintenance, and construction services in some of Australia's most beautiful but least hospitable locations. We thrive on the challenge of getting the seemingly impossible done and doing it safely.
We are currently seeking experienced Maintenance Managers to join the team at Delta FM due to an expansion.
THE POSITION
Maintain overall delivery of services at a tactical and transactional levelManage planned, corrective and unplanned deliverables to ensure completed within compliance, contract and KPI timeframes.Working within a safe and efficient manner to manage day-to-day interfaces between operational management, site management, sub-contractors and the client to ensure high quality maintenance planningEnsure site compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures to ensure a sustainable safety cultureTHE PERSON
Proven experience in either Facilities Maintenance, Trade management and/or scheduling or demonstrated equivalent industry experiencePossess relevant trade qualificationsDemonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and customer serviceAsset Management experienceFacilities Management experienceExcellent communicationStrong computer skillsManagement experience leading and inspiring operational teams to deliver resultsExperience in staff recruitment, retention, rostering, and subsequent management of both permanent and casual workforcesTHE BENEFITS
